Protection and legally compliant collection, processing and use of your personal data is therefore an important concern for us. We only store and process personal data where you provide us with this information voluntarily, for example when completing a contact form.

In order to prevent misuse of our Internet content, we store various information (such as an anonymous IP address, time and duration, operating system, browser, page view) by default when you visit our web content.

If we have received your e-mail address where you have contacted us and you have not register an objection, we reserve the right to send you regular offerings content by e-mail concerning similar content to the publication you requested. Data Security

To protect your personal data, we use a secure online transmission procedure called „Secure Socket Layer“ (SSL) transmission. This transmission method is supported by most browsers. All information transmitted under this secure method is encrypted before being sent. Your personal data will be processed exclusively using computer centres and computers protected by security technologies and in accordance with industry standards (e.g. firewalls, password protection, access control, etc.).

We will only store personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal requirements regarding reporting or document retention.

For the data you provide, we only grant access permission to our own employees to the extent necessary for their respective tasks. Where an employee of ours leaves the company or where there is a change in activity resulting in the employee no longer requiring access to user data, such employee’s access permissions have to be deleted immediately.

We confirm not to make any copies or other records of the personal data entrusted to us for processing, not to suffer the making of such copies or records by third parties, nor to pass them on to third parties. Excluded from this are copies or other records that are strictly required for purposes of proper data processing.

We only employ individuals who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality of data.

We safeguard all data effectively, as far as technically and economically feasible, against unauthorized access, modification, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmission, other unauthorized processing and other misuse.

Right of access, rectification, erasure and blocking

Under the German Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to free provision of information concerning data stored on you, and the right to have such data corrected (rectified), blocked or deleted (erased). Exceptions to this are data, correction, blocking or deletion of which runs counter to statutory or contractual retention periods, data which is necessary for the establishment, shaping or modification of your contractual relationship with us, and data which must be stored for billing (invoicing) purposes.
